Angela graduated from Bentley College (now Bentley University) in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Summa Cum Laude and has been Massachusetts Licensed CPA since September 1999. She has experience in various areas of taxation, financial & business consulting, and strategic tax planning. She works with individuals and small business across many industries, building trusted relationships with her clients, striving to bring a fresh personalized approach to each engagement.Prior to establishing Angela T. Leo, CPA, Inc, Angela worked at Rucci, Bardaro & Barrett, PC as Tax Senior. While growing her own business she worked as a Senior Tax Consultant for various firms (local, regional, and national); Micciantuono & Company, PC, Rucci, Bardaro & Falzone, PC, and WithumSmith+Brown, P.C. She continues to consult and collaborate with local area firms.

Angela is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, member of The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also currently serves on the Town of Stoneham’s Cultural Committee.
   

Michael Shotwell, CPA

Michael graduated from Bentley College (now Bentley University) in 2008 with a Master’s in Accountancy and a Graduate Certificate in Taxation, and has been a Massachusetts Licensed CPA since February 2019.

Prior to joining Angela T. Leo, CPA, Inc. in October 2020, Michael worked at Rucci, Bardaro & Barrett, PC (subsequently acquired by WithumSmith+Brown, P.C), beginning as a staff accountant in September 2008 and attaining the position of manager in March 2019. Michael experience in audit, tax, and financial planning spans several industries, where he has worked on building relationships with his clients will also assisting his clients as they expand their businesses.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael is outdoorsmen and avid fisherman and can often be found on the water when he’s not working with his clients.
   

For over 20 years Jennifer has been in the administrative professional field. She overseas all of the electronic filing requirements, administrative and customer support along with any general office needs for the firm.
